Client Services Lead

This is an ON-SITE position.

Qualifications:
Fluent, native-level Japanese language ability and conversational English ability are required for this position. A 4-year degree from an accredited university is also required, with at least 2 years experience in an office environment.

Duties:
Primary duties will be office management and organization, as well as providing counsel and advice to clients seeking information about studying English or Japanese in classes such as: Universal Communication, Natural Speech, and Standardized Test Preparation and Chicago KIDS classes. Later duties may include assisting in the training of new employees.

Hours:
This will be a full-time, 5-day, 40-hour work-week position with a one-hour daily lunch break. The exact schedule is somewhat negotiable, but at least one weekend day is required. Please contact us to discuss your availability.

Salary:
Starting salary is 300,000 yen/month with two weeks paid vacation the first year.

PART-TIME

Client Services Agent 15

This is an ON-SITE position.

Hours:
This will be a part-time, 3-day, 15-hour work-week position. The exact schedule is somewhat negotiable, but will in all likelihood be an evening position on weekdays and/or weekends. Please contact us to discuss your availability.

Salary:
Starting salary is 107,000 yen/month.

Client Services Agent 16

This is an ON-SITE position.

This is an ON-SITE position.
